What is exclusive breast feeding?

Up to 5 months of age a baby is given only breast milk by a healthy mother who is called exclusive breast feeding.

Why exclusive breast feeding is so necessary:for a new born exclusive breast feeding is very much important.there re a numbers of advantage of breast feeding which is unknown to many.but every one should know that.it has advantage in both infant and mother.breast milk is easily digestible,contain antimicrobial agent,nutritional requirements and is safe clean,hygienic etc.

It prevents malnutrition and reduce imr which doesn't cause any obesity.it also cause less allergic disorder.on the side of mother it prevents cancer of breast,prevents ovulation and easily available.it is costless,save time and keep mother body in good configuration.

Why breast milk is superior to cow's milk?

Do you know,breast milk is superior to cows milk?yes.because breast milk contains proteins which is easily digestible.on the other hand cows milk is hardly digestible.there are many others causes.breast milk contains iron which is more than twice than cows milk.so iron in breast milk anemia easily.anemia is most common in newborn which takes cow's milk.vitamin a and vitamin c is also present more in breast milk than that of cow's milk.most common adverse effect of cow's milk is obesity because it contains huge amount of fat.but you should also remember that mother suffering from psychiatric disorders,tb,chronic disease,septicemia should not give breast feeding.
