First you have to go to www.google.com/adsense address.

After clicking the sign up option you reach an another page named website information.then fill up the box for website name.just put on your website address.then go to the website language and fill up your language.then click to the box of I don't place ads on site that include incentive to click on ads.then click to the box of I will not place ads on site that include pornographic content.then go to the contact information and select you account type and country territory.then fill up your pay name.put your street address,city/town name and postal code.then click to box I can receive check made out to the payee.then put your phone number in the box that is given.then select the option of who do you find about Google adsense.click three blank box under Google policy.then click on submit information option.then you reach to an another page where you will see which best describe you headline and choose any one option.then you will see Google log in option and put your existing email address and password and click continue.then you will reach to an another page where Google will thanks you for creating adsense account and request you to approve your site within 3-4 days.
